Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective upon arrival.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
